Back to School Thank You Gift

It may be too late this year, but you can bookmark this idea for your child's teacher next year. I was looking for a simple, but creative craft I could replicate SEVEN times for Bryce and Harper's teachers at the daycare they attend. Yes, there are many wonderful helping hands at the school and I wanted each of them to have something handmade from us.

I keep a board on Pinterest where I save great ideas for Teacher Gifts. Check out all the creative ideas here. It's important to me that the teachers know how much I appreciate them and that I'm always around to help because I want to be involved.

The honey bear craft fit all my needs this time around. With a newborn, I didn't have a ton of time to make an involved gift. I also didn't want to spend a fortune, especially since I needed seven.

I used jute twine that I already had on hand to attach the tags. The free printables can be found through the link. After cutting out the color copy, I glued to a piece of patterned paper stock and wrote a short note " Love, Harper and Bryce" on the back.
